CogDecode: Neurocognitive Impairment Vulnerability Screening

⚠️ Please instruct the examinee according to the following guidelines: ✅ The examinee must read the "Examples" section CAREFULLY to understand the tasks in the subsequent sections. 🚷 Once the examinee proceeds to the next page, they are NOT allowed to return to any previous page. ⏰ The time allotted for each section is 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the system will automatically redirect the examinee to the next section. If the examinee finishes a section early and wishes to proceed, the examiner may facilitate this by tapping the “Next” button located at the bottom left of the screen. 📋 There are five sections in total (excluding the Examples section). After completing the final section (Section 5), if the examinee finishes early, they must hand over the device to the examiner. The examiner will then take a screenshot of the report page. * If the report displays “Something went wrong. Please try again later,” the examiner should return to the home page and re-administer the test. * If the same message appears again after re-administration, the examiner does NOT need to re-administer the test again and should instead take a screenshot. * For all other report statuses, the examiner should take a screenshot of the report page as usual and exit. If time expires and the examinee is automatically redirected to the report page, the examinee must hand over the device to the examiner, and the examiner will take a screenshot of the report page.
